Architect
With Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architecture and a Masters in Education, Tom, an architect for more than 30 years with his own firm, has authored a number of architectural drafting and design technology textbooks for the students he instructs at Minneapolis Community College, Inver Hills Community College, North Hennepin Community College, and St. Mary’s University. Tome was once an architectural team member of Cerny Associates, the firm that planned the Minneapolis International Airport, Radisson Hotels, and Blue Cross Insurance. Currently, he is a partner of Common Interest Community Architects (CIC), and architectural practice that specializes in ensuring large commercial and residential buildings are up to code.
Bruce Johnson
Sales Manager
Bruce has been in the contracting and real-estate industry for most of his career. In 1984, he pioneered a visionary marketing tool for home builders and spearheaded a southern California real-estate publishing company to cohesively advertise the biggest names in the home-building business. Upon returning to Minnesota, he organized and then joined the sales force of City Village Homes and has helped grow our company since its inception.
